You must be enrolled in Citizens State Bank Online Banking. Use your Online Banking login to access your accounts once you have downloaded the App.

Remote Deposit Capture is a service that allows you to deposit checks into your checking or savings account without visiting the Bank. This mobile deposit can be done anywhere with the use of your Smartphone. (Requires a minimum two mega-pixel camera with autofocus for your device.)

There is no fee for depositing a check using our mobile application.
Simply sign into the CSB Mobile App, click on “Menu”, “Deposit Checks”, and follow the prompted instructions
You must endorse the back of the check with your “signature” and the words “Mobile Deposit Only” or the deposit will be rejected.
Funds deposited using Remote Deposit Capture (mobile deposit) will generally be made available on the business day that the deposit is accepted. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays.)
Keep your check in a safe place for at least 7 days in case it is needed for verification. Please review your account history to verify your deposit has been credited. Do not leave deposited checks lying around unsecured and dispose of deposited checks after 60 days by shredding- do not just throw away in the trash, safely discard documents.
Your deposit will appear in the “Deposit Checks” “History” as Submitted, Approved, or Rejected.
